Our process

We understand that continuity within in any working partnership is vital – we shall assign a dedicated project manager to work with you from day one, ensuring that you have a single point of contact from inception to completion. Once we have agreed upon a system specification, our project manager will work with you (and your building architects/contractors) to schedule the installation which can be phased working in conjunction with other trades.

We’ll provide all the technical & safety documentation required ensuring that all parties are working safely and to the agreed specification, completing the project on time and on budget. Our fastidious attention to detail means we can find a way around every challenge – with expert product knowledge, skilled installation engineers with a ‘can do’ attitude, exhaustive testing and fine-tuning, we will deliver a flawless system that sits perfectly within your business.

Our involvement doesn’t stop there – once we have delivered a comprehensive system handover including staff training, we will expertly maintain your audio-visual system ensuring that your investment lasts for many years.
